In 2013 Walkera surprised the drone market with the incredibly feature rich QR X350 and they have done it again with the new Walkera QR X350 Pro, improving on nearly every important feature. With a more expansive battery compartment than the DJI Phantom, the X350 pro can now fly for approximately 25+ minutes with the included 3s 5200mAh 11.1v LiPO battery. The flight controller has also been updated providing improved stability and GPS position holding and is also plug-and-play compatible with the G-2D brushless gimbal from Walkera (not included). This makes it the perfect platform for a GoPro Hero3 or GoPro Hero4 Camera or other suitable HD personal camera. Walkera has also made improvements to the altitude sensor which uses GPS technology providing a locked-in hover with stabilized position hold mode. With the flip of a switch or loss of signal the QR X350 Pro will return itself back to the take off position and automatically land. For those with a desire to run semi autonomous flights, this quad is compatible with ardupilot, MAV link and open sourced mission planning software to allow for waypoint driven flying.
